Position Summary
The Sales Advisor position is a key sales role focused on driving customer satisfaction and supporting long-term career growth. You'll connect with customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right products and services. You'll also perform basic repairs, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. People who succeed in this role excel in sales, develop a strong knowledge of our products and services, and deliver the high level of service that makes Batteries Plus stand out.
Pay Range: Hourly Plus Incentives Pay Package ranging from $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 Per year depending on experience and performance (3 Month - Paid Training.)
Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Understand customer needs, provide friendly assistance, and handle inquiries.
- Sales Excellence: Create quotes, drive sales, and help achieve store daily and monthly goals.
- Streamlined Service: Coordinate repair services, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
- Store Operations: Manage inventory and keep the store appealing and organized.
- Career Development: Join our training program to build expertise and prepare for future roles.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Must be 18 years or older
- Available for a 5-shift, 40-hour week, including weekends
- Passion for helping people and supporting customers
- Interest in technology and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic math skills and comfort with technology
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-year degree or relevant certification showing a growth mindset
- Retail or B2C sales experience
- Automotive or electronics experience is a plus
- Management or supervisory experience is a plus
- Experience is a plus, but passion and teamwork matter most
