Responsibilities:
- Process customer inquiries and correspondence regarding complaints, deliveries, terms, order changes, service, and other related matters.
- Generate quotations in accordance with pricing guidelines and limits of authority.
- Maintain sales department files including customer files, quote logs, quote approvals, order acknowledgements, and other related documents.
- Ensure customers receive efficient and courteous service.
- Research and resolve customer disputes and problems within established guidelines.
- Act as a liaison between customers and various company departments.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Promote ethical behavior by acting with honesty and integrity.
- Perform other duties as required.
Preferred Education:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- BA or BS Required
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with commercial and military aerospace terms and conditions is desirable.
- Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in customer support.
- Experience with contract administration is desirable.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and knowledge of manufacturing operating systems is required.
- Must be a US Person eligible to work in the US
