About the Job
Our client is a leader in IoT connectivity solutions for the fuel industry. They have been in business for over 10 years, with customers throughout North America and Asia. Over the past two years, this company has experienced explosive growth, which has resulted in the need for an experienced professional to manage administration and customer service.
The Sales Administrator is an integral part of our client’s customer experience. This person will be managing all logistics associated with new customer implementations as well as working with current customers. In addition, they will be creating reports for the Sales Leader and company executives.
Responsibilities:
- Working with sales and company partners to manage all logistics with respect to new customer implementation.
- Assisting current customers with their product questions.
- Creating customer and sales reports for the North American Sales Leader as well as the Executive team.
- Maintaining a high customer experience.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience working with customers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Problem-solving skills.
