About the Job
As a Sales Administrative Assistant you will be providing prompt, efficient and friendly customer service along with working in a faucet of different duties related to sales and shipping our products.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to,
• Business to business inside sales (Telephone, email and internet)
• Managing customer relationships and communication
• Grow existing accounts
• Creating new customer relationships and accounts
• Keep up-to-date, accurate, neat and readily accessible records
• Scan documents, file paperwork, compose and respond to emails
• Create documents with Microsoft Excel
• Invoicing Customers
• Handles a wide variety of paperwork including purchase orders, return authorizations, delivery notes and shipping duties
• Works with the internal customers to book incoming/outgoing trucks, document, and track carrier issues
• Acts as a backup to other office personnel, when necessary.
