We’re currently adding ambitious Sales Professionals to join our expanding sales team. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. You’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and effectively closing deals.
This role is headquartered out of our Virginia Beach, VA office and does have flexibility once fully trained. Compensation includes a base salary commissions with uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop targeted sales strategies
- Reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, and networking events to generate leads and schedule sales meetings
- Facilitate special orders, incentives, employee recognition programs, and program-based business
- Stay informed about industry trends and offerings to identify opportunities for business growth
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by sales management
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, methodologies, and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
