The norm in our industry is cookie-cutter commodities sold as ‘security cameras’. We broke that mold 20 years ago, and are aggressively expanding now, precipitating the need for our next Rock-star. We are currently expanding our team in Warrenville and looking for an energetic, customer-driven individual who enjoys technology and developing lasting relationships with clients to help a company grow, and customers stay protected. Our next Account Manager/Estimator will help us take customer satisfaction and support to the next level, providing red-carpet level treatment to clients from quoting and system installation through years after installation.

We are looking for a full-time Estimator / Account Manager to assist us in our continued growth. The majority of our clients are in medical, manufacturing and industrial industries with some light commercial and residential installations as well. The right candidate already has a strong background in inside sales and account management, estimating and especially customer service, with a desire to learn, grow and enjoy every day at work. At Platinum CCTV we try (and usually succeed) to enjoy every day, after all we only get one life. Additional office tasks as needed to support our customer and technicians may include: answering phones, assisting live installations locally or remotely, demonstration of remote camera software for clients remotely or in person, assistance of on-site technicians, coordination of technical support with our tech support team and managing the customer’s experience from start to finish.

Job Duties:
- Estimating & Budgeting of Customer Security Camera Installations
- Contact with clients to keep them appraised at each step of the process
- Follow up on live quotes
- Coordination with On-Site Installation Teams
- Training new clients on operation of software
- Ensuring clients’ needs are met during and following installation
- Follow up after installation to ensure system operation and customer satisfaction
- Soliciting client feedback and referrals
- Assisting in the growth of company through improved customer satisfaction
- Interfacing with clients and technical support agents to help tackle technical challenges while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Assist office with special projects
- Ensuring installations have met customer needs
What we are looking for in Candidates:
- Inside or outside sales experience
- Construction Estimating Experience
- Willingness to learn new skills and software

Ideal Candidate:
- 2 Years Experience in a Account Management role
- 2 Years in Construction Estimating role
- Track record of success with estimating and closing sales
- Experience with electrical construction or camera system installations and low-voltage wiring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent or life and professional experience to match
- Competency with Windows™ 10, iPhone™ and Android™ platforms
- Impeccable interpersonal communication skills
- Strong Troubleshooting capabilities
- Good computer skills
- Constant desire looking to learn, grow and provide a value to the client and company
