About the Job
The Account executive works under a sales role, helping to maintain or extend existing customers and develop new accounts. This role works with Inside Sales representatives, CSM, etc. They are responsible for cold outreach and handling presentations/managing their pipeline.
Functions:
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnership.
- Present products to prospective clients.
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication.
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
- Updating and maintaining thorough & organized data within CRM (HubSpot).
- Upselling and cross-selling existing customer base to utilize other LSG solutions.
- Hosting customers who visit LATAM to engage with their teams.
Requirements:
- +2 Years of experience in sales as an Account Executive.
MUST BE LOCATED IN FLORIDA
