Job Title: Safety Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate loss control initiatives within the area.
• Develop and implement training programs for regulatory safety and compliance.
• Oversee claims management processes and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in safety management or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Certifications such as CSP or CIH preferred.
