Safety Director - Commercial Construction - GPAC

Seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Safety Director that is passionate about all things Safety! This is an outstanding opportunity to advance your career in safety management as a Safety Director for a well respected and reputable contractor.

**Safety Director Responsibilities:**

- Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs and protocols.

- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.

- Provide training and guidance to staff on safety practices and procedures.

- Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

- Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.

- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to promote a culture of safety.

**Safety Director Requirements** 

- Degree in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) or equivalent preferred.

- Experience in safety management within the construction, industrial, or manufacturing industry.

- Experience in safety and risk management.

- OSHA 10 and 30 certifications

- Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills.

- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
