Job Title: Safety Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Safety Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting a safe work environment by implementing safety policies, conducting training sessions, and ensuring compliance with occupational health regulations. This role requires a proactive approach to safety management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety training sessions for employees.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Investigate accidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain safety records and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in safety coordination.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Certification in safety management (e.g., CSP, CHST) preferred.
