Job Details
Lead the creative vision and strategy, setting the stand for innovation and excellence across all campaigns.
Participate in pitch meetings with clients
Develop and implement creative concepts that elevate brand narratives and engage target audiences effectively.
Oversee the creative process from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand values.
Foster a collaborative environment with creative teams, including Copywriters, Designers, and Creator Management, to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign delivery.
Utilize consumer insights and market data to inform and refine creative strategies
Craft compelling brand stories and key messaging that resonate emotionally with consumers and drive brand loyalty.
Present creative concepts and strategic rationales persuasively to high-profile clients and stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Client Solutions, Strategy, and Analytics to ensure seamless integration and execution of creative strategies.
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually push the boundaries of creative innovation.
Develop, coach, and grow the creative team to be a demonstration of excellence in teamwork and creative strategy from concept to execution.
Requirements:
At least 15 years of experience in creative strategy, marketing/advertising, or related fields with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns.
5+ years of previous management experience established skillset in creating a team culture that fosters collaboration and high performance.
Expertise in developing creative strategies for a variety of brands and industries
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and influence internal teams and external clients.
Strong writing skills with a knack for crafting compelling narratives.
The ability to command a room of leaders with a compelling vision.
Established management and leadership skills to create a team culture that fosters collaboration and inspires greatness
An eye for design and aesthetics, with exceptional attention to detail.
A proactive action-oriented mindset with the ability to create and implement processes to enhance creative output.
The ability to operate effectively within the unknown and lead the charge.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree preferred.
