SUPERVISOR REHAB SUPPORT - Emerson Hospital

Reporting to the Assistant Ops Manager of Outpatient Rehab, the Supervisor Rehab Support provides supervision to the clinical support staff including front desk coordinators, insurance coordinators, and office assistants in all Outpatient Rehab locations. The Rehab Support Supervisor works closely with the assistant operation manager to provide input and feedback for all tasks related to the front office staff including daily staffing, hiring, training, and retaining employees.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education
  • College Degree preferred in appropriate field of study.
• Experience
  • Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in business, healthcare administration. Rehabilitation administration experience is a plus.
• Licensure and/or Certification
  • N/A
• Skills
  • Must be able to handle a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Professional in attitude and presentation
  • Possess strong positive attitude and ability to provide support to clinical staff as well as support staff.
  • Proven strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to provide timely positive and constructive feedback.
  • Computer skills required.
  • Ability to work independently with strong organization and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Meditech software a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
