EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field highly preferred, but less formal education with more on-the-job experience may be submitted.

At least two years of retail experience highly preferred.

Management experience highly preferred.

Heavy equipment dealership experience highly preferred.

In-depth experience utilizing multiple computer data bases, Outlook, and Excel.

Successful completion of company’s management training program.

Agriculture background a plus, but not required.
