SPRAVATO TMS COORDINATOR - Forrest General Hospital

Job Summary:

This position performs under the direction of the Director/Clinical Director of Pine Grove Outpatient Services. .

• Managing physician and technician schedules related to Spravato/TMS treatments
• Obtaining prior authorizations for new patients
• Maintaining authorizations for active patients.
• Assisting technicians with patient care and medication ordering from various pharmacies to each center.
• Maintaining compliance with REMS, DEA, Med log audits etc.
• Auditing Spravato/TMS Charts as needed
• Assisting with Spravato/TMS consults as needed
• Providing a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions
• Ensures timely and accurate communication with referral sources
• Office administrative tasks such as answering phones, check in of patients, managing referrals, maintaining daily reports, and other duties as identified by the Director/Clinical Director of Pine Grove Outpatient Services.

Demonstrates ability to follow designed workflow for Registration, Insurance Verification and submission/follow up of precert clinical. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to communicate appropriately during registration to the age of the patients served; Demonstrates ability to complete other tasks as needed and assigned by Director.

Qualifications:

Education/Skills

Associate's degree required as well as 2 years’ experience in Healthcare Management required.

Work Experience:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
• 2 years mental/behavioral health experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred
• Previous experience with Spravato/TMS preferred

Certification/Licensure:

• None Required
