We at Coforge are hiring for a SFDC QA Lead with the following skills:

• The Salesforce QA Lead will oversee the quality assurance processes for the Customer’s Salesforce implementation.
• They need to have a strong background in Salesforce testing, leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Lead the QA efforts for Salesforce development projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Define, implement, and optimize QA strategies, test plans, and processes tailored for Salesforce solutions.
• Act as a primary point of contact for all QA-related discussions with stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end testing for Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage by creating and executing detailed test cases, test scripts, and automated tests.
• Manage regression, functional, integration, and UAT phases.
• Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, business analysts, and product owners.
• Communicate QA status, metrics, and potential risks to stakeholders effectively.
• Coordinate testing efforts with nearshore teams (if applicable).
• 9+ years of QA experience, with at least 3 years as a QA lead in Salesforce projects.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing, Community).
• Proficiency in Salesforce testing tools (e.g., Provar, Selenium, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of testing Salesforce integrations, workflows, triggers, and APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks.
• Proven track record of leading QA teams, including onsite and offshore/nearshore resources.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with nearshore teams in Latin America.
