What You'll Do:

• Lead the Charge: Oversee every aspect of roofing projects, from initial planning to final closeout.
• Material Master: Confirm and review materials to ensure the right fit for each job.
• Quality Control: Ensure projects meet all scope, budget, and quality requirements.
• Safety First: Maintain a safe and clean job site at all times.
• Client Satisfaction: Conduct final walkthroughs, ensure client satisfaction, and manage payments.
• Build Relationships: Foster positive connections with clients, suppliers, and your team.
• Progress Tracking: Keep a close eye on project progress and report updates to management.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
• Process Improvement: Continuously refine and enhance project management practices.

• Skilled Craftsmanship: Ability to flash and seal brick/stone chimneys effectively.

• Physical Readiness: Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
