- Travel to residential clients' homes to conduct assessments of roofing conditions and identify specific needs.
- Develop and present tailored proposals that offer optimal solutions for roofing repair, replacement, or rejuvenation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate contract terms and prices, ensuring transparency and fairness in all dealings.
- Utilize strong product knowledge and sales tactics to educate clients about our services and their benefits.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure smooth execution of services post-sale.
- Meet or exceed set sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to continuously refine sales strategies.
- Proven track record in in-home sales, preferably in the roofing or related home improvement industry.
- Strong ability to engage and persuade clients, with a knack for closing deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of motivation and discipline to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to travel within the designated region and flexibility in scheduling appointments, including evenings or weekends.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
