Position Summary:
A growing, customer-focused industrial automation systems integration company in Pewaukee, WI, is seeking a Sales Applications Engineer specializing in robotic industrial factory automation. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Solutions Development: Collaborate with customers and engineers to design and develop custom industrial automation systems and components.
• Proposal & Pricing Management: Lead the creation of sales proposals by determining customer pricing and ensuring profitability, securing vendor pricing and delivery information.
• Engineering Support: Generate engineering drawings, conduct design reviews, and provide technical insights to meet customer needs.
• On-Site Support: Travel domestically and internationally to customer locations as needed to support project implementation and ensure satisfaction.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Education: Associate’s degree in a related engineering field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales applications engineering, with at least 1 year in industrial robotic automation. Must also have experience with:
  • Electric motor and servo systems
  • PLC systems and troubleshooting
• Technical Skills: Proficient in creating engineering drawings and handling project-based sales proposals.
• Travel Requirement: Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally to client sites as needed.
• Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
• Location: Must reside within a 45-minute commute to Pewaukee, WI.
