Qualifications and responsibilities for this Roadway Intern (EI) position include:

B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited college/university.
0-4 years of experience in geometric layout for rural, urban, and limited-access roadways.
Engineering Intern (EI) License required.
Familiarity with FDOT, AASHTO, and MUTCD standards.
Strong technical writing and communication skills.
Assist professional engineers in preparing conventional roadway plans for FDOT and City/County clients.
Develop accurate 2D and 3D models for roadway designs that meet FDOT submittal standards.
Collaborate with senior engineers to manage project duties effectively.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
