About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains existing business relationships and creates new opportunities
- Responsible for takeoffs, contacting subcontractors, contacting suppliers, estimating, and project management
- Works closely with field superintendents
- Assists contract administrator with billing and receivables
Requirements:
- Must have extensive knowledge of INDOT specifications, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project as well as digitizing takeoff software
- Must be a self starter with the ability to work independently
- Must possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
