Gateway Fiber is seeking an outstanding individual to fill our Revenue Operations analyst role. Gateway is creating a leading, national fiber-to-the-home platform. With the support of its financial sponsor CBRE Investment Management, Gateway plans to reach 500,000 homes and businesses with its service over the next several years. Gateway provides faster, more reliable internet with a simple pricing model and industry-leading customer service.

Expected Outcomes and Requirements:
With Gateway’s rapid growth comes aggressive plans for construction of Gateway’s network as the company looks to triple the size of its current network of serviceable homes and businesses. Gateway is hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst to support Gateway’s data integrity and reporting with cross-functional teams.
Primary responsibilities include:
Work to streamline reporting and enrich data integrity to ensure accuracy of data, dashboards and Total Addressable Market (TAM) information.
Develop workflows for various functions such as: marketing drips, record maintenance, and project assignments.
Manage the CRM data including cleanse data, deduplicate data, and otherwise maintain records for accurate initiatives that require accuracy of specific data points.
Procure contact lists and maintenance of mailing lists. Ensure required address information is complete and accurate for direct mail initiatives.
Review, analyze data and give insights on customers and prospects.
Ability to pull together critical data points that tell a story with actionable outcomes that enable data driven decision making for the marketing and sales teams.
Review usage of data fields and help to make database of records concise, scalable and user friendly.
Run point on specific projects that bring data intelligence to marketing and sales teams.
Expert CRM platform knowledge, HubSpot highly preferred
Advanced proficiency in Excel with the ability to analyze data, run specific queries and manipulate data within Excel.
Data analysis background with a strong understanding of database management and best practices for marketing operations teams.
Create automation as it pertains to marketing, outreach, and CRM utilization
2 – 3 years’ experience in marketing operations, revenue operations or a data analyst role in similar verticals.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with other teams effectively on-site in the Wright City, Missouri office.
