Retail Supervisor - Amicalola Falls State Park & Lodge

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Retail Supervisor to help oversee our store operations and ensure excellent customer service. Reporting directly to the Visitor Center manager, the Retail Supervisor will be responsible for helping to manage a team, helping to maintain inventory levels, and assisting with achieving sales targets. This position works "back of house" to help input inventory into computer using Excel, prior to being stocked on the store shelves. Also helps out "front of house" when needed to assist with customer service.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a retail or customer service environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting principles

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist with supervising and training retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist with monthly inventory counting
- Monitor inventory levels and work with Visitor Center Manager on placing orders as needed
- Assist in merchandising and maintaining store appearance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Point of Sale (POS) systems
