Retail Sales Manager—While this role is remote eligible, hybrid attendance at the Los Angeles location (El Segundo) is strongly preferred, and at least once a month's attendance is required.

Position Description:
The Sales Manager supports all wholesale initiatives at DIME Beauty. They are responsible for various sales support efforts, delivering best-in-class brand execution for internal/external-facing needs and owning day-to-day operational execution and excellence.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Partners with the VP of Sales to manage wholesale account relationships. Understands their goals, market conditions, challenges, competitive activities, and possible unique opportunities and communicates as necessary within the organization.
- Helps create and implement business strategies and go-to-market action plans for different retail partners, identifying opportunities and challenges to maximize sell-through, productivity, and profit.
- Collaborates with wholesale account partners to achieve stated sales and revenue targets and drive sell-through while monitoring wholesale sales, inventory levels, and retailer activity.
- Manages wholesale and point-of-sales (POS) forecasts through partnerships with demand planning teams and agencies. Provides accurate account reporting and guidance based on specific retailer requests and needs as well as business trends.
- Manages and analyzes weekly sales reporting and monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Works with the internal project management team to ensure all retailer exposures, initiatives, and deadlines are captured accurately and achieved.
- Optimizes digital assortments and placements, ensuring product pages are best in class. Communicates specific retailer needs to appropriate internal teams and drives delivery of high conversion assets and copy in a timely manner.
- Partners with VP of Sales to manage field team to drive successful store events and trainings while ensuring KPIs are met, improves store productivity, and provides best-in-class educational materials.
- Completes assigned training on time.

Requirements:

- At least 6 years of retail account management experience with at least 3 years of Ulta sales experience. Amazon exposure is a plus.
Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
- A B.S. in business/marketing/merchandising or a related field, preferred.
- Mastery in Google, Tableau, Slack, and Excel.
Physical Requirements:
- Works in a hybrid environment, either in a home or office setting.
- Up to 25% travel expected.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Regularly required to sit, talk, hear, and use fingers to operate a computer and telephone.
