Responsibilities:
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns that adapt and translate brand marketing campaigns to specific retailer needs, ensuring campaigns are 360 and deliver consistent messaging across all consumer touchpoints at the retailer level.
- Develop presentations for strategic customer meetings including weekly calls, QBRs and market/line reviews and present marketing content as needed.
- Create and deliver promotional analyses and data/insight driven recommendations to drive growth and efficiencies (AMZ being the most time consuming)
- Oversee project management and execution of retailer assets, merchandising, promotional and launch calendars, keeping in mind synergies/guardrails pertaining to the DTC business
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including brand, retail sales planning, innovation, product development, field sales team, supply chain to ensure new products, sampling and promotional programs are shipped on time per retailer account.
- Liaise with Finance and Procurement to ensure seamless vendor onboarding, process and payment
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing required
- 4+ years of current experience in marketing in the beauty sector or CPG
- Experience in Skincare category a plus
- Strategic, creative, and analytic skills
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail & organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude
