Responsibilities:As a Retail Manager in a store location, you will be responsible for the day-to-day and long-term success of retail staff with a focus on customer experience. We believe that each one of our staff members is a key contributor to our brand’s success. This position will help create the best customer experience by focusing on what matters most, our team. You will be responsible for effectively onboarding, developing, scheduling, coaching, performance management, and education. Our Retail Manager will oversee our Retail Sales Associate, or Outfitters, as we call them, to ensure each customer is outfitted with everything they need to get started or to keep going. Qualifications:Job Requirements:
- Create and manage the schedule for Fleet Feet store
- Take weekly deposits to bank
- Your store is clean and organized everyday
- You maintain the highest Outfitter Metrics of the store – lead by example
- Coach all store team members on Outfitter metrics, holding them to the standard set by leadership
- Make customer-first decisions and use your resources to make daily problem-solving decisions
- Every customer has a great experience and leaves happy
- Every team member has a great shift
- You are a resource to your team and you use your GM and Owners as your resource
- Set clear and specific daily goals and expectations of your team especially on your days off
- Communicate daily with the other Store Managers
- Take ownership of your store, which includes, but is not limited to the bullet points listed above
