Eagle Peak Solutions has an immediate opening for a motivated entry-level Customer Service Assistant at our fast-growing, established Sales & Customer Acquisition firm. While we’re scaling quickly, we are on the hunt for a Customer Service Assistant who shares our core values and know-how to get things done!
We provide our entry-level Customer Service Assistants with the opportunity to connect with something bigger and discover their full potential. We are looking for LEADERS who are not easily discouraged by challenges. An entry-level Customer Service Assistant with us requires discipline, grit, and endurance. Our Entry-Level Customer Service Assistants:
Build customer relationships and rapport by educating consumers on the clients we represent
Develop product knowledge by attending daily client meetings to be able to answer questions and increase consumer education
Act as the go-to expert and visit customers to promote products, perform sales services and maintain customer satisfaction
Facilitate customer service and promotional campaigns by acquainting accounts with the latest customer service tactics
Conduct customer service presentations to potential new clients
Improve market revenue by consistently achieving customer acquisition territory goals
