Restaurant Service Manager
The Service Manager is responsible for restaurant operations including driving and building sales and profitability. Ensure that each guest who walks through the door is highly satisfied with the entire dining experience including the highest quality of food and service. Provides direction, training and coaching to team members, holding team members accountable.

Ocharleys is a full service, casual dining restaurant chain. In this Ocharley Restaurant Management (RM) role, you will manage restaurant front of house / service teams along with assistant manager roles and duties working as a member of the restaurant management (AM) team.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Must be able to read, write, speak, understand, and conduct two-way communications in English.
SKILLS & SPECIFICATIONS:
Experience/Training:
· Minimum of 2 years prior restaurant management experience or meet internal promotion requirements.
Required:
· Working knowledge and application of core company values, policies, and procedures.
· Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to challenging situations.
· Basic computer knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office applications, as well as basic business mathematical computations.
· Ability to lead and assist with management and hourly team member training and development.
· Must have a proven track record of achieving results and building a winning team.
· Thorough knowledge of kitchen equipment, procedures, and safety and sanitation standards.
· Proficiency in multi-tasking.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Certifications & Licenses:
· Must meet the specific requirements for alcohol and food handling, which may require licensing or certification.
· Valid driver's license and individual auto insurance coverage are required. May require driving to conduct various errands and attend meetings.

Other Physical Requirements:
Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, as well as depth perception and the ability to focus.
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 4 hours in length and have the stamina to work a minimum of 55 hours per week. Some overhead lifting may be necessary.
