Restaurant Manager Responsibilities & Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in a salaried management role
• Catering Operations & BOH Knowledge: Comfortable leading Back of House operations
• Sales Volume Experience: Proven success in locations generating $2+ million annually
• Stable Work History: No more than two job changes in the past five years
