Restaurant Manager - Full Service Restaurant

Salary: $60 K base + Excellent Bonus and Benefits

Our full-service restaurant is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual with a passion for the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house
• Manage and train staff, including hiring and scheduling
• Control costs and maintain inventory
• Collaborate with management on menu development and pricing strategies
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
