Job Description:
- Consistently execute our systems and standards.
- Directly impact, celebrate, and develop the teams to build sales and embrace our unbridled passion for taking care of our team members and guests.
- Provide and direct team member training and celebrations as established.
- Manage performance of team members including coaching, mentoring and performance evaluations following our established programs.
- Help develop the team.
- Review applications, interviewing, and hiring to recommend great candidates for us to hire according to our Red Robin standards.
- Follow all applicable liquor laws and Responsible Service of Alcohol Standards.
- Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures.
- Help create a fun safe work environment following our core values and goals.

- Listen to and comprehend team Members and guests over background & equipment noise.
- Frequent hand washing required.
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals, heat and a/c, and freezer.
- Work with computers, iPad, electronic accessories, food products, and cooking equipment.
- Wear personal protective equipment and required by Red Robin and or mandated by federal, state, and local regulatory authorities.
- Maintain food quality standards and safety.
