Essential Job Functions
- Interview, select, Lead, motivate, and coach, all employees in the Hotel’s Dining Outlets to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met with the long-range strategic planning for outlet operation and consistent with HHM core values
- Maintains operations by preparing policies and standard operating procedures, aiming for consistent productivity and quality.
- The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns, or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.
- Describe and ensure the quality of all food items.
- Provide excellent knowledge of wine and spirits in all our outlets and be dedicated to an attentive and distinctive dining experience.
- Participate in marketing efforts of restaurants, create menu ideas, survey competition and report food trends, and assist in the preparation of specials
- Work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef, and Sous Chefs to design effective menus and wine lists while ensuring excellent product quality.
- Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.
- Observe the physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
- Check that all equipment is in working order
- Follow up on work orders so repairs and maintenance of the facility are completed on a timely basis.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams for PR & Social Media Campaigns
- Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program
- Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
Position Requirements
- Associate's degree preferred.
- 3-6 years restaurant experience required.
Work Environment and Context
- Work schedule varies and will include working on holidays, weekends and alternate shifts.
- Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.

The compensation range for this role is $120,000.00-$125,000.00 and the determined salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience within the hospitality industry. HHM Hotels offers a competitive salary package that aligns with market standards, with the highest potential earnings observed for candidates with 6+ years of relevant experience.
