Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Multiple Locations: Provide strategic leadership and support to ensure operational success across all restaurants in your district.
Ensure Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards of food quality, service, safety, and customer satisfaction at all locations.
District-Level Budget Management: Develop, manage, and analyze budgets to achieve financial goals while optimizing expenses.
Lead and Mentor Managers: Recruit, train, and support district managers while fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
Analyze and Optimize Performance: Review key performance indicators and identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and profitability.
Implement Company Initiatives: Ensure company-wide policies, procedures, and standards are adhered to across all locations.
Foster Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with restaurant teams, regional leadership, and support departments to align on goals and drive results.

Qualifications:

Proven success in a district or multi-unit management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
