Title of Position: Restaurant Assistant General Manager

Job Description: As the Restaurant Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our restaurant. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This involves managing and supervising staff members, developing strategies to increase revenue and minimize costs, and maintaining inventory levels. Your focus on guest satisfaction is paramount, as you will be responsible for monitoring feedback and addressing any concerns or issues promptly. In addition, you will collaborate closely with various departments to guarantee a flawless dining experience for our guests. You will also be accountable for ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting routine inspections, and providing necessary training to staff members. Qualifications:

• The Restaurant Assistant General Manager must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management
• Experience working in restaurants with annual sales of over $3 million is required for the Restaurant Assistant General Manager
• The Restaurant Assistant General Manager must have strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations is required for the Restaurant Assistant General Management
• Fluency in Spanish is an asset for the Restaurant Assistant General Manager
