- Kettering Health Dayton, formerly Grandview Medical Center, has been providing care to Dayton and surrounding communities for over 90 years.
- Over 20 specialties, including orthopedics, heart and vascular, surgery, and trauma services.
- KH Dayton expanded their Emergency Department as well as their heart & vascular services to include an additional catheterization lab and electrophysiology lab.

Responsibilities & Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- To perform high level clinical respiratory care under indirect technical supervision as assigned by the supervisor or team leader.
- Additional the position demonstrates a strong approach to all network initiatives and will be a role model for KHN mission, vision, and values.
- Performs various respiratory procedures on a day-to-day basis under indirect supervision for all age group as specified per campus departmental policy
- Exercises good independent clinical judgment and discretion in applying and interpreting policies and procedures
- Maintains productivity at or above required levels.
- Assures correct documentation of all records
- Occasionally performs the role of Lead Therapist, shift Team Leader, or clinical Instructor as assigned
Job Requirements:
Minimum Education Graduates of a 2–4-year AMA approved Respiratory Program
Required Licenses [Ohio, United States] Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner for the State of Ohio Credentials issued by the National Board of Respiratory Care
Active AARC member must demonstrate acute/critical care knowledge as it relates to cardiopulmonary diseases states, involved in precepting acute/critical care areas, supervisor capabilities, current BLS with ACLS, P, and NRP for respective work area.
