SUMMARY: The Resource Scheduler will join a team of three schedulers who are the primary point of contact for all instructor scheduling activities. This role will work with sales and operations staff to ensure appropriate coverage for all open-enrollment and client classes. This role will provide support in other areas of Resource Management to include proposals, database management, HR management, system implementations, and administration. ONLY 1-2 DAYS A MONTH IN THE OFFICE. |

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: · Select and secure instructor resources for assignments to maximize delivery quality, instructor performance, and customer satisfaction · Strategically schedule instructor resources for classes while considering the location, daily rates, evaluation scores, etc. of all available resources · Coordinate with multiple functional groups in the organization to ensure that the instructor resources are prepared for their courses and assignments · Work with the Instructor Recruitment Managers to formulate staffing plans based on scheduling/client trends · Participate in new instructor auditions and support the instructor onboarding/development process · Keep instructor records in CRM and other databases updated · Review resumes to assist the sales team with selecting the appropriate resources for a session or program · Provide proposal support to ensure successful responses to all RFQs · Work quickly to assess and resolve emergency scheduling issues whenever they occur · Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external stakeholders · Strategize across divisions to establish and document operational processes to effectively and efficiently meet and achieve company’s strategic goals · Play an active role in representing, managing, and supporting over 450 instructors · Other Resource Management related duties as assigned

NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: · Strong analytical and problem solving skills · Ability to objectively assess instructor skills and performance · Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to follow processes, and attention to detail · Exceptional verbal and written communication skills · Computer and internet proficiency including MS Office Suite and database applications · Strong collaboration, networking, and relationship building skills · Ability to work independently while managing multiple requests and shifting priorities · Willingness and ability to respond to emergencies outside of normal business hours when necessary |

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: · Bachelor’s degree · 3-5 years of relevant experience in the professional services field · Proven success in building and maintaining relationships with independent contractors preferred · Previous experience working in training and development preferred
