Job Title: Production Manager - Residential Construction
Company Overview: We have partnered with a top residential home builder committed to excellence and innovation. They are expanding and seeking a skilled Production Manager to join their team.
Job Summary: Oversee the entire home building process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Lead construction teams, manage subcontractors, and maintain client satisfaction.
Production Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Plan, schedule, and coordinate all construction phases. Ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor construction teams and subcontractors. Conduct site meetings to address and resolve issues.
- Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure it meets standards. Implement quality assurance processes.
- Client Relations: Communicate project progress and updates to clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with regulations. Obtain necessary permits and inspections.
- Resource Management: Manage procurement and delivery of materials. Develop relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
Production Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of residential construction management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in construction management software.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
