Job Summary:
The Residential Plumbing Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations of residential plumbing services. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of residential plumbing systems, strong leadership abilities, and proven success in sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
•Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales plans to meet company revenue and profitability goals in the residential plumbing sector.
•Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives, setting performance expectations and providing mentorship and support.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with residential customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, forecast future sales trends, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, competitive trends, and customer needs within the residential plumbing industry.

Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Lead sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations with residential clients.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, optimizing resources to achieve financial targets.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest plumbing products, services, and technologies to effectively advise customers and sales teams.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales management role, within the plumbing industry.

In-depth knowledge of residential plumbing systems and solutions.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Proficient in Service Titan and CRM software including sales analytics tools.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
