Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, lighting fixtures, and electrical panels.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical codes to ensure accurate and efficient project completion.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, providing safe and effective solutions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Mentor and assist apprentice electricians in developing their skills.
- Occasionally work on commercial projects to expand your expertise.
Qualifications:
- Valid Michigan Journeyman Electrician License.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician, ideally with a focus on residential construction.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, materials, tools, and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
