As our Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind each project, overseeing all aspects from concept through completion on-site. You'll collaborate with clients, manage trades and permits, and ensure that every project stays on track in terms of time, budget, and quality. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is ideal for a candidate who brings strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, coupled with a solid construction background.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of residential remodeling projects, focusing on delivering high-quality results in safety, timeliness, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Plan and schedule all activities for staff and subcontractors, ensuring milestones are met. 
• Oversee the ordering and timely delivery of materials to keep projects on track.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing consistent updates on schedule, budget, changes, and addressing any concerns. 
• Keep a comprehensive job log of daily activities, issues, completed tasks, and client communications. Document every step in the appropriate electronic systems, including photos and notes, to maintain a thorough project record.
• Prepare and conduct pre-construction meetings with staff and subcontractors. Ensure everyone is aligned on project goals and expectations.
• Monitor project budgets, track costs, and ensure expenditures align with projections. Proactively address any variances, making adjustments as needed to maintain profitability.
• Work closely with permit departments and ensure all projects meet local regulations and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of construction project management experience, with 5 years in residential or remodeling construction. Hands-on experience in high-quality residential remodels is essential.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints (2+ years of experience)
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook), and CRM. Proficiency in construction management software such as JobTread is a huge plus. 
• Familiarity with construction management software is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain trust.
• Proven ability to lead a team effectively and resolve conflicts or issues as they arise.
• A client-focused approach, ensuring satisfaction at every step of the project. You must be someone who can understand client needs and translate them into actionable steps.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.
• Motivated to take the initiative in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on professionalism and accountability under pressure.
• Resourceful and proactive in identifying potential issues before they become problems.
