Resident Services Coordinator II - Ebenezer

We are looking for a Resident Services Coordinator II to join our team in Fridley, MN! This position provides a wide range of administrative support to the community. May also serve as main receptionist for the community. This administrative scheudle includes;

• 80 hours every two weeks
• Full time, Day shift
• Weekends as needed

• Maintain nursing staffing schedule for community (if applicable)
• Coordinates Administrative functions
• Coordinates Training and Maintains Records
• Assists with billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable (if applicable)
• Coordinates Resident Communication
• Functions as receptionist for the building (if applicable)
• Other duties as assigned:
  • Works as Resident Assistant (RA) upon request of building leadership

• Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree preferred
• Health Unit Coordinator training preferred
• Previous experience working with Eldermark and Educare
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• One to three years of previous experience preferred

Compensation

$22.06 - $31.15/ Hourly
