The Sanctuary of Brooklyn Center in Brooklyn Center, MN is looking for a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide whom would be responsible for providing personal cares and designated health related services to enhance and/or maintain the residents’ physical and emotional well-being.
This caregiver position includes;
+ .2 FTE/ 16 Hours in two weeks, part-time schedule
+ Day Shift
+ E/O weekend Sat-Sun rotation/holidays

_The Sanctuary of Brooklyn Center is managed by Ebenezer, Minnesota’s largest senior housing operator. We are located near public transportation and crossroads of I-694, I-94 and Highway 100 in Brooklyn Center, MN. The Sanctuary provides programming around our residents emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs. Our Brooklyn Center community host 158 units in combination of Assisted Living and Memory Care. As the senior housing division of Fairview Health Services, Ebenezer is Driven to Heal, Discover and Educate for Longer, Healthier, Meaningful Lives._
+ Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.
+ Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.
+ May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.
+ Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff
+ Assists with onboarding of new staff
Required Skills:
+ Ability to communicate optimally, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers
+ Ability to work in a team setting and support others
+ Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population
+ Must be 18 years or older
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:
+ High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA course
+ Previous work experience as HHA, CNA, NA, DSP, PCA
