- Design and implement research and evaluation plans.
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Analyze data and identify trends, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Monitor and assess program performance against objectives.
- Stay updated on best practices in research and evaluation.
- Collaborate with program staff to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in research or program evaluation.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills.
- Proficiency in research tools and software (e.g., SPSS, Excel, or Tableau).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
