Remote Senior Technical Analyst at SourceOwls, LLC

Seeking an Experienced Senior Technical Analyst 

*Position is 100% Remote*

Ability to travel is 25 to 50%, as required which include but not limited to, onsite customer work, internal meetings, customer meetings, and sales support.

Job Purpose:
Meets client's new business requirements by planning and delivering system integrations; mentoring team members.

Duties:
* Enhances technical integration team accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.

* Determines technical integration requirements by analyzing client architectures, platforms, front-end, back-end, and legacy applications.

* Plans technical integration process by leading examination of business processes and functionality of legacy applications; determining project scope, system architecture and structure features, functions, and specifications; planning full software life cycle; identifying factors that negatively impact conversion; forecasting resource requirements; establishing delivery timetables.

* Delivers technical integration by leading design of legacy interface modules; applying application interfaces; building object modeling, data definitions, workflow, and transaction integrity; translating data and commands; using integration products and programming tools; developing new functionality; building security protections; resolving and escalating integration issues; coordinating efforts among functional areas and outside vendors; recommending adjustments as objectives change; documenting actions.

* Validates technical integration by leading development and conduct of tests of legacy interfaces; maintaining transaction integrity.

* Prepares users by developing and conducting training programs; responding to requests.

* Manages client expectations by communicating project status and issues; resolving concerns; preparing reports.

* Maintains team accomplishments by communicating essential information; coordinating actions; obtaining expert input; leading review of open issues and action items; contributing information to team meetings and reports.

* Updates job knowledge by tracking latest technologies; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

* Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in a Technical Discipline
- Valid Driver License Required
- 5 or more years of Syteline (INFOR/CSI) Experience
- 5 or more years of External Consulting Experience 
- Critical Thinking
- Experience in Microsoft. NET Technologies
