Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Actively interact with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and offer solutions.
Policy Development: Analyze client situations to design customized policies that align with their individual needs.
Quote Preparation: Provide clients with accurate and competitive insurance quotes promptly.
Account Management: Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and update their accounts as necessary.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide relevant advice to clients.
Sales Goals: Meet and aim to exceed designated sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements
Licensing: A valid Property & Casualty insurance license is required to apply.
Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is beneficial.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
Work Independently: Ability to effectively manage time and work independently in a remote setting.
Tech-Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and virtual communication tools is essential.
