We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to identify and close new business opportunities while building lasting relationships with clients. This position offers a competitive earning potential ranging from $58,000 to $78,000 per year, with additional commission and bonus opportunities. After your first year you can expect an increase in commissions of 30% of your renewal business. Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities through a consultative sales approach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Collaborate closely with the owner and team members to ensure company and personal success.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and provide regular sales updates.
- Continuously stay informed about industry trends and products to better serve clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, or 8+ years of experience in a related industry.
- 2 years of college education or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to make informed decisions based on data.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Familiarity with insurance, health, property & casualty, life, or investments is preferred.
- Established network within the industry is a plus.
