We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Sales and Agency Recruiter to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
Insurance Sales:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
- Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the company’s insurance products and services.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through effective lead generation strategies.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate client records.
Agency Recruitment:
- Source, screen, and recruit high-quality candidates to join the insurance agency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential hires, fostering trust and enthusiasm about agency opportunities.
- Guide recruits through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition into the team.
- Collaborate with agency leadership to identify and address staffing needs and growth opportunities.
Leadership and Team Building:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales agents and recruiters to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team members’ technical skills and product knowledge.
- Act as a go-to resource for team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
Technical and Multitasking Proficiency:
- Navigate multiple applications and tools to manage client data, recruitment activities, and sales processes efficiently
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to improve workflows and customer experiences.
- Prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in insurance sales, agency recruitment, or a similar field (1 years preferred).
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing remote teams a plus.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new tools, and work efficiently in a tech-driven environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask without compromising quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
