About the Job
The Reliability and Maintenance Engineer develops procedures, equipment set-ups, chemical calculations, steam/air blow calculations, and any other engineering functions to complete all reliability and maintenance and/or in service projects and activities as directed by the Operations Management Team and reports directly to the Operations Management Team.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
The technical engineering expertise required to develop a procedure that will bring about the successful reliability and maintenance and/or in service project to completion, as quoted by the sales department according to the applicable standards and codes required by the project.
Visit job sites as necessary to determine placement and limitations of client for temporary equipment necessary to complete the project.
Work directly with customers to ensure compliance with customer requirements and developed procedures are in line with quoted services.
Plan, engineer, organize, projects in accordance with established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by Conco Operations.
Ensure the services and deliverables being sold to our customers is properly depicted and illustrated in our P&ID and General Assembly Drawings.
Responsible for day-to-day communication with internal and external stakeholders, possesses knowledge of the industry and business management skills.

Attend meeting to discuss progress on on-going projects.
Able to engage with clients to facilitate proper course of action for services quoted to client.
Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
Able to plan and model flow in pipe networks with the use of AFT Arrow.
Able to plan and draw equipment setups in AutoCAD.
Able to plan and draw process flow diagrams for selected projects.
Read and understand P&ID and Isometrics as supplied by clients.
Experience & Education
Minimum: 4 Year Degree.
Preferred: Graduate Degree.
3-5 years Reliability and Maintenance or similar project experience.
Physical Requirements
As required to complete projects, including field walk-through and on-site visits to client project sites
