A Federally qualified health center (FQHC) who has been around for over 45 years is looking for a Registered Nurse.

Type: Full-Time/Perm
Schedule: Monday -friday 9-5, some late nights on monday and thursday 11:30-7:30pm
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Job functions include:
Works with members of the medical team in order to provide personalized high quality health care.
Prepares patients to be seen by physicians.
Administers medication and/or treatment when indicated.
Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care for patients.
Maintains proper documentation in patients medical record.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Nursing School.
New York State Licensed Registered Nurse.
Previously related experience with a multi-specialty facility is preferred
Bilingual is a plus (Spanish, Creole or French)
BLS certification required
