Summary/Objective
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) continuously searches for potential new customers and works systematically to develop and document pending machine sales cycles. Covering Western, United States, the RSM is solely responsible for all Zund machine sales within the furniture, fashion and outdoor segment. As a member of the Outside Sales department, the RSM primarily engages with customers through on-site, face-to-face interactions, providing valuable consultation and building strong personal relationships. The RSM is also focused on driving revenue growth by expanding sales opportunities and increasing market share within the assigned territory.
What you would do:
- Build and cultivate strong customer relationships through effective communication and personalized service.
- Apply consultative solution selling methods to address customer requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's competitive advantages and market position.
- Present hardware, software, and workflow solutions to both existing and prospective customers, as well as strategic business partners.
- Participate in industry events, promotional activities, and trade shows to enhance visibility and network with the industry.
- Utilize Sales Force to manage and document the complete sales cycle, ensuring accurate records and effective follow-up with clients.
- Collaborate closely with the Inside Sales and Technical Sales Support teams to coordinate on-site sales and after-sales activities, as well as in-house demonstrations and test-cuts.
What we require from you:
- Experience selling capital equipment to Furniture, Fashion and Outdoor segment
- Proven track record of increasing awareness, sales, and revenue with hands-on field sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both virtually and in person
- Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce or other CRM system. SharePoint, and Teams a plus
- Must reside in territory (Western, United States)
