Busch Vacuum Solutions - Regional Sales Manager
Location: Oregon (Remote, Residency along the I-5 corridor between Eugene and Portland is ideal)
Travel: Up to 75% (mostly day trips within the region, some overnights)
Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year + Commission, Car & Profit Sharing

This role is ideal for someone who loves the challenge of a technically driven sales environment and is eager to work in a dynamic, fast-paced field with a global premier brand.
What You’ll Do:
• Drive Sales: Manage and grow business in your region by nurturing existing relationships and finding new opportunities for Busch’s products and services.
• Customer Engagement: Work closely with end-users, EPCs, and OEM accounts to develop long-term relationships and solve technical challenges.
• Be the Expert: Use your understanding of vacuum theory and rotating equipment to provide clients with tailored, cutting-edge solutions.
• On-the-Go: With up to 75% travel, you’ll spend your days meeting clients, solving problems, and making an impact in your region.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: 3+ years in sales (preferably in capital equipment or vacuum-based industrial manufacturing). Bonus if you already know your way around vacuum pumps!
• Technical Mindset: A passion for engineering, vacuum theory, and solving problems collaboratively.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong time management, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
• Education: A degree in Engineering, Business, or related field is preferred.
• Must Have: A valid driver’s license and pass a background check
